Intake for today.

I’m quite proud of myself today :3

Food:

Breakfast: Toast with butter minus crusts: 120cal

Lunch: Nothing

Snacks: Apple: 40cal and a Creme Egg (my grandma gave it to me, I couldn’t refuse): 150cal

Dinner: Spaghetti Bologanse: 350cal

Total: 660calories

Exercise:

Kickboxing work out: 45 minutes: -350cal

100 Calorie Workout: -100cal

Total: -450cal

Which in total gives me an overall net intake of 210 calories. So happy I managed to complete the kickboxing. It’s an online workout on youtube and I’ve never been able to complete it before but damn… Felt so good to finally see the end of the video xD 

Had to do good today. Tomorrow is my friends birthday and we’re going to the Ritz for tea. What the hell does that even mean, tea? Goddamn, I’m really not good with posh stuff. All I know is that controlling the calories tomorrow will be pretty much impossible. So today I had to make up for that xD
