Favorite Binge Food:  Chocolate. So much. 

Favorite exercise: Kickboxing. 

Does anyone know?: My grandmother suspects so makes sure that I buy food at lunch when I’m at school as we pay by a card system. She can’t however check that I don’t through the food away. 

What makes you slip up:  General boredom and revising. I always tend to snack when I’m either bored/revising (to be honest, they’re pretty much the same thing)

What makes you strong: Seeing other people around me all skinnier than me. 

When did it start: I only started properly dieting again a few weeks back but I have lost weight and then gained it all on for the last 4 years.

What do you see when you look in the mirrors:  Fat thighs, muffin top, dodgy fat knees, stubby legs, but I do like my face however. So I’m losing weight so I like what I look like all over. 

Is it for attention: I have to admit, I think part of it is. 

Are you the fat or the thin one in your group of friends: Fat.

Are you depressed: I tend to be quite a positive person but just so much stress currently has caused me to be very negative, but once my as-levels are over then everything will hopefully sort itself out.

Ever tried to commit suicide:  no

Gained weight:  yes but quite a lot

Do you weigh yourself daily: I used to weight myself daily but got too depressed when the number didn’t go down every day so instead make Saturdays weigh day. 

Have you ever fasted:  Yes, but I can only last a day

Have you ever skipped a meal:  I hardly ever have lunch any more apart from weekends when I have to
